Children's Faith Formation & Sacramental Preparation

These programs offer comprehensive Catechism and Sacramental Preparation courses, designed to help build strong foundations of faith in youth. The children also build friendships, become connected with the St. Martin of Tours Church community, and have fun!

  • Faith formation (1st to 6th grade)

    join us for REGISTRATION DAY on sUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

    (before and after 8:30 and 10 a.m. masses)

    Please download, complete and return the forms below. All classes will be in person with handouts to be completed at home and returned. Students will meet on Sundays from 9 to 9:45 A.M. in the Parish Center, in the following combinations of Grades:


    - (combined) Grades 1 and 2 (first year of Faith Formation for Grade 2; if this is your child's second year of Faith Formation, see section on 'Sacramental Preparation' below)


    - (combined) Grades 3 and 4


    - (combined) Grades 5 and 6

  • Sacramental Preparation

    First Reconciliation, Holy EUCHARIST AND CONFIRMATION

    First Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist

    Classes begin September 26, 2021 - Registration now open!

    Children preparing for the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist will meet on Sundays at 9 A.M. in the Parish Center. This is for students in 2nd Grade and older, in their second year of Faith Formation, and attending Mass regularly. All classes will be in person with handouts to be completed at home and returned.


    Confirmation

    Youth in 9th Grade or older (or in their second year of Youth Group) are eligible for Confirmation. Your intent to achieve this Sacrament must be shared with Fathers Michael or Michael B. These sessions include service to your Church and community, as well as attending Mass and all Sunday discussions.
