Spiritual Life & Worship

The Sunday Eucharist is the source and summit of our spiritual life – a blending of the heart, soul and mind.

Our Eucharist is supported by warm hospitality, strong homilies and good liturgical music. The community claims its Baptismal calling through full, conscious and active participation in the liturgy. The parish experiences a diversity of liturgical expressions and prayer forms.

This November 2023 Northwest Catholic article suggests 4 tips to engage with this Revival:

1. enjoy readings about the Eucharist

2. increase time spent in the Presence of the Eucharist

3. reflect on the words spoken in the Eucharistic prayer during Mass

4. invite others to join you in tips 1 to 3!
